Flavored Butter

Honey Butter

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick) (112 grams)

  • 3 tbsp honey (63 grams)

  • ¼ tsp salt


  1. Let butter come to room temperature.

  2. In a bowl, thoroughly mix butter, honey, and salt until well incorporated (standmixer optional)

  3. Enjoy now, or store in the fridge for 1-2 months

Brown Sugar Cinnamon Butter

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick) (112 grams)

  • ¼ cup dark brown sugar (53 grams)

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp 


  1. Let butter come to room temperature 

  2. In a bowl, thoroughly mix butter, honey, and salt until well incorporated (standmixer optional)

  3. Enjoy now, or store in the fridge for 1-2 months
